Bad dreams

Sometimes when I sleep I have dreams. Bad dreams about horrible thing like Hitler, my dead friends, me without breast. That's time when I wake up and I can't think clearly. My heart beats too fast and I don't know if I'm dreaming or awake. If it is very scary I cry... Fortunately most of time I have nice dream or I forget them.
